• Room deposits are refundable up to ten days before arrival; because of our small size, cancellations affect us greatly
• Secure storage available for your canoe and mountain bikes for $5.00 per day
• The entire property is non-smoking. Sorry, our two barns, pets and wildlife necessitate this policy
